So I had to talk to the g.d. insurance fella today and they had typed in my shiz wrong so I thought I was gonna have to throw down with them too. Miraculously after I mentioned that I had it in writing, they were able to find the correct policy. Then had to make an official police report.... g.d. cops..

Tournament was well kind of a waste of my time, quite poorly run, I was still injured, overly tired, and not used to my headgear just to name a few. Plus they had 5, that's right 5 judges who had to agree on a point and the number of points... crazy weird. Plus every black belt got over a 9.6 on their katas.... wtf is that about... oh and sparring even for the bb was just straight up points called... took 6 hours between my two events.. Good crap I was considered a middle weight..... supposedly 170 is the light weight cut off....

went to a "safety" meeting which was pointless it was just things I have already been over with Cliff and Mike in our Union meeting with them and really nothing about safety.. an hour of a repeat YAY! forced meeting......

Thought it would be nice to get peeps to think about that and repeat it... For one talks about self defense principles, sharing, and community, plus self worth issues and the like. So over the years I've come up with rules as to who I can and can't date, and for some random reason peeps was asking me about them today... here's the ones that came to me:

2. no one I've dated before, and broken it off with, b/c obviously there was a reason

and I think was all I had.... I think... I mean that surely implies my general likeability of them to begin with... I hope...

On accident honest... the wrestling ended about 1:30 ish then I chilled for a bit, then I picked up the guitar and had a night of inspiration. Okay so maybe a couple hours until the alarms started saying get up and go to work. but I wrote down lyrics, and came up with some chord progressions for lyrics and for anew, then even applied some to old lyrics, that now I should come up with more than an intro to... But at least good times abound, and I did remember that intro to Pretty Woman!

So I was talking to Brittany and Miriam when BAM Miriam decided it would be a good idea to start a tickling/wrestling match with the other two, which eventually evolved into the two of them v. me, too which they eventually gave up after many throws on my part. 8-)

wow... for not wearing u.p. for so long and now having to wear a cup takes some getting used too, back in the day before the day, I wore the token whites but after years of not... strangeness insues.

much needed done

Well with not having to go in to work today until class tonight, I decided to clean a bit. Got the whole of the back porch cleaned off. *with only a few recyclables left out there. Got the majority of the "dining room" cleaned up, the living room the same way. Got around to vacuuming the floors in the hall living and dining oh yeah. Now there are clean places to sit. Swept and mopped the entryway and the kitchen, also cleaned the rug... now I need more laundry detergent... think I'll just take the bus.

Freaky Morning

Woke up to the alarm saying it was 4am.
