bureaucracy blows

Went in just to plead to then get an actual court date... right so the fact that I didn't pay my g.d. ticket should have stated that I wasn't going to plead out, and otherwise something tells me I could have f'n done that on the g.d. phone, email, or any time before hand!!! I hate use america.
