Still a worthless Ombudsman

Even after their bogus report, and apparent claim by NelNet that I requested their change, I can't get in touch with Linda Clarke, a supposed Team Lead for the FSA Ombudsman.

I have left her messages, but today, I couldn't even leave a message at her direct number of (202) 377 - 3357, because her mailbox is full.

Guess I will continue to have to urge the Senator into action, but I don't think they have received the report yet.

Sad Sunday

I noticed me mum, who was/is still getting over a sickness that kept her from working, spent more time trying to cook and prepare for a Super Bowl party, than pay attention to the icy/snowy conditions of the roads.

In fact, she didn't put the ice melt or the kitty litter in her car before leaving, nor did she work on clearing off a path to the car.

I did shovel and sweep and throw down a bit of ice melt a few hours after she left and the snow stopped coming down.

However, the tracks she had made with the car leaving were to remain the slickest part of the driveway.

I would rather have just said, nope, the roads aren't cleared over here, or I have to take some extra time and won't be able to bring as many fresh cooked things. Instead, she went the opposite way. I was quite disappointed.
