Solid Rabbit Hole

Was going through some morning usual websites, and came across a smattering of the free 100 workout guides.

Perused through several of them on the website as well. Definitely worth it:

Goes well with the M-100 style workout I came across the other day, recommended by a kendoka.

10 Squat Thrust (to your level, but at least the thrust)
10 Mountain Climbers (three knees up each making 30)
10 Squat jumps (to your level below squat thrust)
Repeat 3 times (you're up to 90)
10 Squat Thrust to round it out to the "Mandatory 100"
