Health Screening

Always fun to freak out the staff at a hospital-type environment.

Went in for the free health screening today. Blood is probably going to be off, as I snarfed down some sugary snacks just before the short notice scheduling of the appointment. Though, I did have some fun with the Blood Pressure test. She ran it, asked if I typically was high as my top was 180 over 67. I said try again and we'll get a totally different number. She did and it was 12x over 4x. Of course, my pulse went down quite a bit from driving, finding the place, and being rushed into a room, but she was freaking out by the sudden ability to drop the pressure. Also, I found out I'm overweight, based on the worthless BMI factor.

So, work is going to tell me to lose weight, and they can go F* themselves.
