Well,

They finally got the pipe out today. Found a bust in it. So, now their insurance may cover it, or still not cover it. We will find out. Either way, legally they're still liable. Just now, wait for the insurance company to decide to pay, or for them to pay.

Spent over $100 bucks on the plumber, which I'm billing to them of course.
