Go Bankrupt Suckers!
Well,
It looks like insurance denied their claim, due to their incompetence at my unit.
Hopefully, according to the attorney, since they did the dirty setup of the board, the company and possibly their personal assets, in Don's case, will be up for collateral in the civil case we file. Thus, they may have a bankrupt condo association, that was invalid, and therefore, bankrupt their companies, and since they weren't duly elected and knowingly so, they can each be held liable.
