Better News?

Hopefully, tomorrow the lawyer of mine, and the lawyer of theirs have a "come to jesus" meeting wherein they hurry their butts up and stop stalling. Then soon the unit's interior and exterior will be correctly maintained, or they will simply settle to buy it back at current value and still pay the damages.

Well...

Good news?!?

I am down to $113,338.20 in total debt before August's payments on long term loans go through, and should maybe even break below 113 after that.

However, in better news:
$41,133.09 is how much I owe without the mortgage.
$60,737.47 is how much without the Condo being bought by them I have incurred in expenses since being required to move out of my unit.

So, after reimbursement I am in the positive for sure?!?

Good Day

Someone on the radio must be in love. Every time I turned to one particular station they were playing good love songs. It was nice for a change to be honest.

Another good point, someone in St. Joe is going to weld all around the trailer and add a bit to the tongue. Then I can maybe get some cash saved up and put on new bearing and shocks. Plus I'm going to have to rewire it, apparently the wires severed... which may have led to the out lights... or they could just be busted.

Cardio Kickboxing it wasn't, but shoulder killer it was.

1 hour with about 1/2 shoulders, I couldn't make it for the last 15 minutes, but I was proud I made it that long.

Kuk Sool again afterwards, and that was great again.

Phone bill though... not so great. $32+ for international calls on my brother's due to his friends from Canada calling while in the states. Then Meeks wants a new phone, and I told him again he needed to go it alone if he wants a new one, and that the bill was due by the first still, and he would have one more, of course he had another download for 20+ dollars.

Kuk Sool Won again

Made it back to Kuk Sool Won tonight.

I love getting to work out. I miss that most about this summer. Working out in the AM with a great instructor, teaching multiple classes and lessons a day, working out in the evening starting on something new. I like being able to do that.

It really is hard to open people's eyes to their own ignorance and fouled arguments.

BELIEVE

What a strong word. Do you know what it means?

What if someone doesn't believe that which you do?

Are they cursed for eternity, because that which you believe, they never know? How?

Is their way wrong, just because it's not your way? Why?

Cannot two things be simultaneously true? Why not?



If I can counter these points that they attempt to make, their adamance comes back out. Matter-of-factly too. I even said one thing, and they repeated it differently. When I pointed this out, they refused to see the correlation, and to understand why it mattered that while we said different things, we may mean the same thing.


It is so ingrained that many of them don't even know they know nothing other than what they've been told. Then they skip around incoherently attempting to make their case, but digging a further ditch. Then although adamant in their "belief," they refuse to understand their what that adamance means based on their words.


All I wanted him to admit is that although his way is fine, other correct ways may exist.... and WOW that was like asking him to kill his mother or something.

Lawsuit

I really don't want to have to deal with this upcoming lawsuit, but I suppose I'll have to.

Everyday, I see the same thing. Disrespect.

I see the loss of honesty, integrity, respect, courtesy, and so many more basic things.

The daily battle wears on me now more than I can remember in my past. I must endure?

From working...

I am extra tired, I think because my body knows it can rest a little more, so it wants to.

I am sleeping a lot.

I remembered a statistic from years ago, but I may be wrong that it takes 2 hours of new sleep to make up for 1 hour of missed 8-10 hour block sleep.

I am hoping to get more of that 10 hour block though!!

I almost killed a man tonight. If Keifer's bro wasn't there I would have too. This little shit got on a power trip, and I told him to quit fucking around or else. He didn't listen and wanted to hound me again, and I was about to just take him the fuck out, but I saw Keifer's bro, and said fuck you I'm out and clocked the fuck out, and he was still trying to talk shit.

Now if I can get all my chapters read, take my two quizzes and figure out my one lab, plus make two post during/after LAC tomorrow, I'll be set!

Well, my friend Megan had her 29th birthday today, so I went and hung out for a bit. It was good to see everyone, especially since it just happened that I didn't have to work tonight or in the morning, even though I still have to take my niece to Cheer in about 5.5 hours.

Some Light

I had to put the scheduler at Dillon's in his place, since he couldn't apparently listen to words or his own policy in writing. I fixed it for him, and now he wants to schedule me only 12 hours. Which is fine since the nerve in my shoulder popped back to bad yesterday, and I had to wear my sling at work.
