I am extra tired, I think because my body knows it can rest a little more, so it wants to.

I am sleeping a lot.

I remembered a statistic from years ago, but I may be wrong that it takes 2 hours of new sleep to make up for 1 hour of missed 8-10 hour block sleep.

I am hoping to get more of that 10 hour block though!!
