If in September I could put $10 more on the mortgage it would make over a 9 month difference in the end. Also nearly a 3 g difference on top of that early 57 g's savings; $59,944.83 savings truly. By contrast I would only pay the car off 4 months faster by adding in another $52.75 in September, but obviously the car is a 4 year loan compared to a 30 year loan.....

I haven't had the opportunity to send in any additional payments with the signed up for auto withdrawl long ago, but after I get cc's paid off this fall I plan to start chipping in more this one too. With my upcoming payment I will have paid 15 of 48 payments but only 3,627.94 on the "loan amount" with at least $30 each payment just on the finance charge b/c their bill doesn't break it down too well.

Even though Christopher is trying to get me to trade in for a new Saturn Vue b/c it has the hybrid drive with a 45 mpg rating and is a micro Suv thingy that would be all bigger and environmentally friendly at the same time, even more so that the 'balt, plus it would get better mileage for towing the trailer.

for my $77,000 @ 7.00% it would be 207,141.45 if I made the minimum payments over the course of the 30 years, but with the $63.11; I only pay a total of $150,069.05. Which is still a lot but I pay it off over 8 years earlier, at payment 143 I start paying more principal than interest, instead of payment 242, note: almost the 100 payments sooner. By payment 261 it's over paid off by $108.50, instead of 360 payments, note yet again nearly 100 payments sooner. It would have taken 81 payments to break paying $100 on the principal and now I am already paying over $100, by 26.23 on my first payment, the upcoming one #3 mind you $127.70 and the payment number that I would be paying that amount of principal would have been #122.

The intro music is about 45secs but I was thinking of chopping it to 30 secs.... gotta think about the in between time for separating off into groups and then the CD Rose was supposed to make me didn't appear... as I figured so this weekend *roight* I have to make the time to make that music track. We got the kids in stj up to the middle part of their Nunchucks demo... getting better they are.

Had a nice multi nap phase after my short EB shift this morning, and went to lunch with Lisa and Stubby. Good times. Got paperwork from thursday done as well. Probably need to get some other paperwork done, but tonight I will more than likely just stay up to make the drive back from STJ easier. Sleep in until lunch with mum I believe I shall.

Joe mistake

So Joe read the time for a movie then when checking decided it was the wrong time so we had an extra few hours to kill, and ate first then when we got there he realized he had looked at the time for another movie he wanted to see and thus really did have the right time.... OH well still a good movie.

Another happy fun time

Well okay two:

1. One lady is trying to get a self defense class to be taught by me up at the ECM on KU for free to the students(1 time)

2. Another lady wanted my card, but I had just given the last one I had in my wallet out, but still gave her my number to help with either instructing, or to put up a ramp for when her grandma gets to go to her house instead of having to rent a rather annoying one each time. Plus she requests the guy that looks like a hippie when she books rides for her grandma to come.... which basically means I got a compliment through the office about being nice to clients.

Brittany comes in and I see an O2 sensor box in her hand. I say so let me guess I get to put an O2 sensor in. She tosses. 1.5 hours and 3 trips to the parts store later... We had found out it was the wrong sensor, b/c GM is a bitch about midyear cars and actually put an '03 sensor in there, and that was an unavailible part, so we; by we I mean they sold it to me and I did it while Brittany watched, had to make one with a kit they had for it. But now HOORAY.

So I thanked the guys for both situations for their help in the matter since the first I was only able to send Jen to the store on my way to STJ, and the latter was well time consuming.

Falling a lot can be hazardous

We had 60 pushups done in St J tonight, and worked on falls and rolls plus harder wrenching body part self defense in adult, combat, and demo classes. So my wrist on my right hand is wonderfully still not up to par. It's gggggrrrrrrreat... or not. Invited to go to the Lenexa BBQ with the folks tomorrow night, plus gotta help Jose with his Car tags too. Good times with work at 5am. Later gaters.

Isolationism

Especially and mainly mentally. Wow the thoughts that go through this head.... I don't act on most of them, really almost all of them.

Yearning for something that I can logically deny the ability to attain at current, doesn't really benefit me any, and technically merely lowers my standards, which were very low to begin with, and in fact as I quoted yesterday: Sometimes you never even get to play the game. Which since I pre-shoot myself down typically keeps me from talking to girls or when I do my retardedness kicks in and I forget to get names, numbers, or even ages. Not that the latter has been a problem since rugby, just that I forget.

Top Three Reasons why:

1. Work - either tired from it or going to it
2. Money - not enough to support me let alone courtship
3. Time - late it the hour in which people wish to converse and early is the hour I need sleepness.

Their House is mostly done

Well with a little help from me my father got three sides their second coat of paint and the last side one coat. Nice way to kill a few hours I suppose. Well Class tonight and then sleep b/c tomorrow I'm sure my neice left me a lawn to mow.

Lunch again

Saw Lisa and had lunch again, good times, had a nice break on the clock at work today, a few cancellations. Tried to call back the brother, but he was taking a nap, just like Brittany, so he shall call me back later. However, I also am in the mood to nap.. okay sleep until morning. Since it rained I didn't need to help with the painting.

I snagged a 5:30-9:30 shift, and either lunch with mom or painting with dad after that until time for class. Good Times.

Saw a mom yesterday

Well two one that I haven't seen in awhile was in town so Stubby could get a surgery on his hand, and she shall be back today. That was good times, then went out the the folks and helped sand off the back side of the house to get ready for painting... funny how it rained today huh? Then waited for Christopher to call back after he got out of class, but I fell asleep watching the tv with I think Daily Show, but awoke this morning to how to make my penis bigger... oh and Girls Gone Wild of course... Which sent me straight to the remote to turn it off and then to bed.

Shift Change

Well this week I don't have to go in until 6:45 which is weird for me, my body even woke up at 4 going come on lazy get up.... Then I did go ahead and get up at 5 whence my alarms went off. However, now I have quite some time before I have to be there.... CARTOONS!!!!

Topeka

Well It was strange to not have to work yesterday, and then not have to get up at 5am on Saturday, man I am uber out of day sync. And whence I awoke this morning I was way out of time sync for a quick minute, but after shower I am a ok.

After our safety meeting about where to find MSDS's and how take off gloves; I had time to kill so I went to the Free skin cancer screening on 23rd and Silicon(ish). Found out no cancer of the skin!!! yay! oh and then my spot are a semi-common fungi that is non contagious, but rather slightly genetic, but by using Selson Blue and Lotrim lotion on it I might be able to make the external blemishes disapper within a month... Or continue to not care. Lunch with moms for Glenda's retirement from the computer center, met some more of the comp center folks, and caught up with some I hadn't seen in awhile. Good times.

Due to lack of activity though I couldn't get to sleep for awhile.

well I didn't even make it through my dinner before I was asleep.... luckily I woke up around 4 on my own and then about the time I went to my room to catch like a 15 minute-er, Brittany got home. She turned off my light as I doze off after talking to her, nice, but I was suprised that I was still able to wake up without it on.

Oh at target hit up Marshall, found a mat that would work for like 29.99 or so that the students could each purchase as it is only about 6' x 2' x 1.5"(thick) which for 30 bucks is nice the good mats are about $200 and unless they all chipped in about the same to get it since shipping is 30 on top of that I can't afford it.


Unfortunate about the mat is that I bought the last one of the fold up with handles one they had on stock, Marshall said they would be electronically ordered and should have more in a couple of days so I'll tell everyone Tomorrow at class, and then they can see it too.

I found a place over by Lawrence Paper Company to ask about a room for an adult class that I will go talk to tomorrow before work.... If they are open before and I remember.

Good day though today, b-fast with Jose, went to the parentals, did some tiny stuff with engine, moved all the parts to the barn again, helped load up and then unload some wood, offered assistance when it was time to paint the house again, practiced in the park, looked up stuff for Jose about going to Michigan for his fam reunion, talked with me sis, helped out Los go get his bro with a broke down car, and well typed up this.... so back to near sleep with TV.

So awesome in fact that I even played volleyball, grilled, ate, used many items from the car and home, and climbed a tree a couple of times.

They needed something to hit a pinata with and I just happened to have some escrima sticks and a Jo staff in my car, so tada! Then I ran home to get some proper grill'n' tools for Los, who later turned it over to me whence he burned everything. So all in all good times, I forgot how fun Volleyball is though, even though the net was about 7 foot high. Good Times All and All

Normally first time it's hectic and tons of questions coming in for the secretary and such, but it was all mellow was all I was saying. Food 4 Less would cost way too much. Yes they did buy the old bldg out by Sport 2 Sport and renovate it.

My day of no work turned into another 8 hour day from the phone call at 5am waking me up.

Around 5:30 someone should be calling to look at the place, and then around 8 I am going to go practice with Miriam by LHS. Good times.

Yesterday I saw Corey's Uncle at 19th and Mass, where he told me about my two ex-biznitch roommates, that he doesn't realize f'd me out o' money I needed and I dislike now.

I was thinking about using Cedar with a deep red stain and making the Alabama-Coushatta pattern on the trailer, like the part that faces the car.

Last night there were a ton of bugs. The windshield I cleaned before leaving STJ is now nearly covered in deadness, the front end as well, and the trailer is just plastered on the top front.

Another thing I was thinking on today was how easy in comparision my classes are to the students, mainly b/c I keep reading about the full on traditional classes in me books/magazines.

Also How unable I am to understand fully certain emotions, but yet I can control others very well. Like minute things that have automated responses now from long ago that really aren't that important too. Emotions are a huge cultural barrier btw. me and others as far as how they are treated. Of course with my cluster f' of cultures I have my own inner conflicts on each individual emotion as well.

well finished off the lawrence lesson plans, and of course those three plans for STJ, put them all up on as drafts and thinking ahead from last time, changed them to the appropriate dates when I do go in and post them this time they will be in order. Unfortunately time is up for this work today, and now to go get ready for WORK TIMES TWO seeing as after this job I have to go to STJ... but I am not scheduled to work on Friday !!!!! oh yeah!!!!

Well up to July 12

Got all of the Lawrence Class Lesson Plans through July 12th! Woot only 3 more to go then the last two are Testing and Graduation. Then for the most part that will fill out the STJ only have one extra on top of that, but that shall be fairly easy since it's a merit badge/kata week. Then just have to worry about the Adult Classes from there on out. Oh yeah and no sleep tonight I'm going with, because it's too late... guess I shouldn't have had that 2-3 hour "nap" and then two monsters....

Productive non Sleep State

Well updated all the Katas, One Steps and Merit Badge Earnings Pages, and printed out the Lawrence and STJ ones for references this summer on who needs to work on what.

Did some laundry.

Got everything set for tomorrow to throw in the car and go to class.

Need to stop off and make some copies though before I head on up there, and put those on the door to hopefully not forget them.

Getting ready to go ahead and work on Lesson Plans to finish out the summer.

Have emailed the office ladies to get tape, white out, and walker release forms! woot hopefully those will be ready whence I get up there.

Well Nikki was great as secretary, but then again there were only 5 new students. Summer whomps in Lawrence, especially with that horrid ATA Black Belt Academy (F' them, f'n' precut boards.) Had a decent return class, but still small enough to do quite a bit.

got a few weeks done 2 for St J, plus one Adult Class, and One past opening night for Lawrence. Looking to be a bit easier however for summer concentration areas to make that curriculum..... Plus with the new knowledge I have acquired about how to teach certain things and what to teach so it's "COOL"

Also made the poster for the EB Meeting. ummm that's really about it oh I charged my phone and am just waiting for about 8 to sleep, ooo oo and I cleaned my bathroom. There is a fellow coming to look about the room tomorrow about 9pm that is.

The plan was a nap

but instead I woke up to my alarm telling me it's time to go to work... which made me forget that it was Sunday for a little bit.... Then I realized and reset the alarm. Went to the B-Fast with Jose, good times. Since I didn't have to put in that clutch for JoJo I went ahead and changed my oil this morning... YAY!!! $60 damn dollars... Okay I bought a case of oil so that next time I wouldn't have to buy any, and then I bought some shop towels and glass cleaner, plus I needed a special socket and extension, a gallon of washer fluid, and I couldn't find any of my oil catchers and had to get a new one of those. So the next oil change will be only about $8 for the filter (stupid cartridge filter) and I will probably flush it and add some protectant to it as well so perhaps another 10 to that number. Still much cheaper than taking it in to have all that done.
