and got the numbers worked out, b/c well I couldn't find the exact original in my files... it's somewhere... anywho

breaksdown like this:

finaced $21,523.38-$8,000 that includes the finance charge in the original number minus the 8 g's for smart buy option at 4 years financing with 10.654% interest (obviously my credit has improved since buying the car by at least 4.654%)

I haven't had the opportunity to send in any additional payments with the signed up for auto withdrawl long ago, but after I get cc's paid off this fall I plan to start chipping in more this one too. With my upcoming payment I will have paid 15 of 48 payments but only 3,627.94 on the "loan amount" with at least $30 each payment just on the finance charge b/c their bill doesn't break it down too well.

Even though Christopher is trying to get me to trade in for a new Saturn Vue b/c it has the hybrid drive with a 45 mpg rating and is a micro Suv thingy that would be all bigger and environmentally friendly at the same time, even more so that the 'balt, plus it would get better mileage for towing the trailer.

However off the Saturn site I get that it's only
EPA Mileage (City, Automatic Transmission): 27 Miles Per Gallon
EPA Mileage (Highway, Automatic Transmission): 32 Miles Per Gallon

but note that is with Auto Tranny.... I didn't see if Manual was even an option... actually didn't see it anywheres... we shall see around next spring; only one loan/look into credit a year is good enough for me.
