Little Closer

In my first set of good news from my boss I don't have to go in to the office for my annual review, we're going to be able to use Skype. Which, for a guy that doesn't like to go into the office, as he is 100% mobile, it's great!

Then, I checked out my current student loan balance, and I hit a milestone after my most recent payment. I am now under $30,000 in student loan debt. One of my goals for this year is to have another 1, out a starting 11, loans paid off, and I'm targeting by May.

If I was getting the kind of tax return my brother was, I would surely pay off at least two of them, but alas, as a single person I will hopefully just not have to pay that much in, as I try to take out just enough throughout the year, that I don't overpay at all, but keep within a $1,000 plus or minus, as more than that without kids, and a wife, makes it a bit suspicious.

One-Third of the way there

After being told I was a fat at over six foot and 185, I made a decision to aim for an additional 30 pounds, of muscle, by the next health assessment time frame. I'm already 10 pounds on the way there.

After getting back from Tokyo, I've started a 30 day cardio challenge, and it's going pretty good. I'm almost halfway through it. Before Tokyo, I've been going through neilarey.com's 100 equipment free workouts, but had to skip a couple that required a sturdy box.

Been doing the Challenge in the morning and the workout in the afternoon. So far, so good. Plus, my martial arts workouts, teaching, and other. Seems to be going well.

Hopefully, by October, I will be around 215.

Interesting Auntie

Ah, the kids an their drama. I send out a monthly email to some family and friends about what's going on, but apparently, one of my aunties just doesn't want to hear about anything that she can't do.

She's one, that when someone helps someone else out, and she's doing okay, she asks why they don't help her too. Always angry that others could be doing better than she is right this minute. She has a lot of hate built up over her lifetime, and now it makes more sense why her eldest is the way she is too.

On the other hand, I have D.G.S., and simply complied with her passive aggressive request not to be on the mailing list anymore. No return comment, just no longer on the list.

For, as my life plan goes, zero drama is the goal. When in doubt, cut it out.
