Arizona Bound

Well, my brother made it into KC early this morning.

Microcenter visit then Green Hornet at the Fork & Screen Confirmed.

Though, I do need to make a call to the repo spot, only open until 3 and an appt is required (some B.S.) to be able to get my stuff.

Also, should hit up the dealership again about getting my title to be able to tag the Volvo before we drive cross-country. Looks like Wednesday night, we'll head to Lawrence drop the charger in the parking lot at the old condo and then bounce out in the AM taking care of a few paperwork things first (stop in Topeka get the paperwork for the Saturn, and renew my security license).

Planned out

Well, found where they are holding the 'balt and can pick my things up on Monday (boots, CD, tools, hatchet, and blanket).

Wired my brother some dough, so he is en route to KC from AZ.

He's swapping wheels in AZ today to be able to make it back since there's a bit o' snow here. Then, Monday night to the Green Hornet with my friend Chrissy and her hubby at the fork and screen.

However, still haven't received the Title on the new one, the snow slowed down their process. Thereafter, I'll get the title and officially sell it to my brother, and at the same time request a replacement copy of the Saturn Title. Probably have to go to Topeka, and get it all done on Thursday. Then, head out from there.

Should be a good trip with two people who are willing to drive!

The Dance of Extra Perks

I had a bad battery with my laptop, for which I had a extended warranty plan, and after my request for a new 1, they accidentally sent me 2, because of the Post Office and my address having some special thing in the system. Hoorah!

So, they finally came and got the 'balt, only downside was my hatchet, blanket, and boots were in the trunk. So, Thursday I went out and got a 2008 Volvo wagon, and it's nice. Free Sirius, heated seats, rear wiper blade, plenty of leg room, fold flat back seat, sun roof, blue tooth, 19" alloy rims, and some other perks I'm sure I've missed.

Now, the plan is to have my Brother come here with the Charger, drop it at the condo, then drive the Volvo back to AZ, fix up the Saturn wagon and get it going again. Drive that back, and sign the title over to my brother for the Volvo. Since, he's never re-titled the Saturn, I just have to request a replacement copy of the title, and then tag it again.

If all else fails, just get another cheap car instead of bringing the Saturn back.
