So, I found this Google voice widget that I was able to put on the Karate website, where people can click it, enter their info, and connect to my designated phone line. It will call their number, and then connect them to mine.

Pretty sweet!

Now, if I just had about another 20 hrs in a day...

Go State Line Hy-Vee

I found in the meat dept. not only the regular, but 3 premium tunas, octopus, and Alligator!

So, I made a nice alligator stew last night... mmmm.....

Also, homemade some dressing with brown cane sugar, vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and celery seeds. My girlfriend enjoyed the dressing with the salad I made so much she had 4 bowls plus the one bowl of stew (which she didn't want to know the specific meat).

The salad was spinach, diced tomatoes, chopped mushrooms, shredded carrots, and a nice feta cheese.

It was quite tasty, and of course I served it with a hot tea, and got her some peppermint tea to help her cough she's had for awhile.

It was even more delicious today at lunch for the stew. I'm glad I was able to find a good Louisiana rub for the alligator and let it soak while stewing the chicken broth base, mushrooms, carrots, and small onion. Then, I put a little in the stew, along with some salt and pepper, and slow cooked for about an hour and a half.

Of course, while I waited for her to come home from work I ate some Triscuits and hummus.

Decent Day

Woke up late in the night though with what I refer to as Heat Tears running down my face. Whenever it's too hot in my sleeping area my eyes water pretty bad, occasionally making my eye gunk into a cement-like mixture. However, I turned the heat down a bit and all was well thereafter.

Then, I cut up some Kiwi and had it with my breakfast, and that was delicious!

Figured out how to get remote access to my work computer from home yesterday, and today made it even more available to have file transfer too with TeamViewer.

After 13:00 today I get to install these freakin' SWEET $50 internal terabyte hard drives into the work computers, because no one will be here but me, and I can then make backups much easier. Also, I'm going to raid the old computers for extra RAM chips to insert into the VideoPC to make Will's job easier, and perhaps even end up with an extra hard drive or two.

Internets

Well, I got the internets finally hookeded up in the apt, after the bozos didn't follow directions the first time, nor the second, but I caught them soon enough to rectify the situation.

Doing some laundry, and watching my shows. Work's going well, and got a call the other day about a possible new private lesson student or 3.

in KC

Settlement was *, but I'm into my new place in KC.

The team is working hard every Sunday on the lucrative project. We got some pointers from one of the higher professors, and making headway on the OCR.

madlady is, as always, reminding me not to forget to update things.

Was planning to go to STL tomorrow and see a rock show, but totally spaced that I can't stay into the night with the meeting, so that's a no go.

Perhaps instead, I'll go get some furniture.
