I didn't do any push-ups today as I worked at both gyms and then had class, plus class the night before, so now I have all 100 push-ups to do before bed....
I did get into the sets of 33 though with one of 34 already done, which now means I'm going to have to continue that and double my sets of tri-sit-ups, which makes only 5 days with increased sets of push-ups to 25 before increasing. Versus the 16 days after increasing from 15-25.... So I should guess that means I'm getting better?
