Got a little done today
Cleaned and painted the inside of the bottom of the trailer, then it started to snow a bit, and I decided to go ahead and use that free gym membership. So swam for about 20 minutes, and realized I need to do that more often, then went to the weight room, did the sled plus 3-45's on each side, the sitting down and pull to chest with I thinking 80, then the hack thrust(like a squat thrust only with a sled) with also 3-45's on each side, and then the pull down bar with 80, and then 100, then I jogged for ten minutes with variable incline, and then did an elliptical for 2 minutes with varying resistance.
Ended up showering 3 times, and of course before I went I did my 100 push-ups, but the swimming made me feel really out of shape...
Then went to Olathe, got some candy, and then off to Top City for class, now to sleep for work is at 4 which is up at 3 and then I have to call everyone about no class wednesday.
