A few hundreds
Yesterday I did with each hand 100 backfists and 100 vertical punches, as well as, some miscellaneous number of roundhouse, snap, and side kicks.
Today, I did with each side (left/right) 100:
Kicks: Crescent, Reverse Crescent, Roundhouse Knee, & Snap
Hand Techniques: Knifehand, Slap Grab, Palm, Elbow, & Straight Punch
Also, 50 with each leg Spinning Back kicks.
That definitely worked up a sweat, and I should sleep great again tonight.
