Fell Behind

I have just been super tired, and I've fallen behind in workouts again...

I need 1245 Push Ups for catch up
4098 Tri Sit Ups
and 330 minutes of the DVD... which equates 5.5 hours.

Well Slow but sure I will knock it down, I got some rest today, but man I still behind, with having to help out Joe on Tuesdays and that taking away that day, then many other things popping up here and there for me to do....
