I hurt.... Class then did the video for Broadsword Kata... the last half has a lot of jumps... then I did Fan Kata.... Then every other kata.... ow ow ow... got home about 1:15....am.... ow.... but at least it's done..... my feet hourt(yes I mean that spelling say it with a drawl)
