I thought it would be interesting if I wrote down all the random things I thought about last night and here it goes in no particular order(I had to insert in and around, b/c I ran out of single sheet o' paper room).

Force versus Control - A great debate as I know many who are more forceful/powerful than I, but when it comes down to it Control wins out.

Suggest a clinic to Derek about teaching instructors how they actual affect the kids they teach.
