Ombudsman is sadly ineffective
After an official inquiry from Senator Jerry Moran, and another 1,609 automated emails being sent through their online form, the Ombudsman finally contacted me back after my last 410(ish) automated emails had them at least call NelNet.
However, I did take the time to learn more about CasperJS and SlimerJS.
Found out that SlimerJS doesn't properly take their proxy flag in Windoze. Had to go with -proxy-type [type] -proxy [address]:[port] instead of the standard --flag=value. Once that was sorted, I did see that traffic was now being routed through my proxy instead of my regular computer.
Also, I found that twitter does have some good security features against automated account creation. Making you have to have a certain time between using the same IP to create an account, as well as, multiple sign up processes, to prevent a simple script. As I was planning phase two, being to flood their twitter feed with tweets about how NelNet commits fraud, and the FSAOmbudsman is complacent even after several inquiries by myself, the CSFB, and the White House, but with several other gov't bodies being too lazy to investigate.

However, I have put on hold my squeaky wheel campaign for now, but am only giving them Ombudsman their requested 48 hours of reprieve before commencing again.
