Back from Texas with Car

We made it back, but without the car.

My dad drove up and met me in Oklahoma City with the car, and I gave his back.

Got back to the house, and found that the mechanic did return the wheel lock key, but didn't put the good jack I just put in there back.

Now to decide how to respond.

Force him to mail me $50, mail me the jack, pay me to drive down there ($500) and get it, or call in a favor......
