Consistent
Be consistent. In many things, whether driving, talking, or giving advice, be consistent. Consistency is key whatever it is that we do.
The phrase:
"Do as I say, not as I do."
should be an immediate sign to abandon that person.
We must be able to lead by example, not by words alone.
If we are unable to do as we say should be done, then we are inconsistent with ourselves, and thus, not honest with others.
Whether we want to be leaders or just be agreed with, remaining consistent shows the strength of one's character.
