They couldn't do it.

The right thing that is. We gave them more than a chance to just do the right thing, but today my lawyer talked with them, and nope. They only wanted to replace the sheet rock. Not even the carpeting they pulled up or the damaged trim. They didn't even want to repair the mold damage, just the sheet rock period.

When asked if they had any basis for any allegation that what they were suggesting would be all that is necessary, they responded with no, that's just how I feel about it. They have blatantly disregarded all expert opinions up to this point, and now we are starting the legal process which is going to drag it out even longer.

May 3rd, that's when it happened. Here is it almost September. 5th month to 9th month, but I'm trying to be civil about it, civil court that is.

Why is it that people just put their heads not in the sand, but up their caverns to avoid blame?

Lying, cheating, stealing. They are lying about what is needed, cheating me out of money have to live somewhere else, and stealing my home and my brother's livelihood, by making him tack on extra time to drive and take care of his family.
