well up to 9 days of 100 pushups each day, and 2 on the chart of 75, but I know there were more before I made the chart, and the week(s) of 45, and prior 30 a days, but I can't wait, although obviously I can, for the set of 25.

I think at sets of 25 I will change over to 25 of the tri-sit-ups with my legs up high and left sit up right sit up then middle, and whence I am able to shorten the number of set of pushups for 100 I will keep adding in the situp sets.

Perhaps after that when I easily reach; in months down the line, the 100 a day goal with both push and sit ups I will add in Squats.
