that's a crap ton more than the folks sold it for back in the day and the interior is redone and very bland, they put plan wood around white doors for closets and interior doors, the whole thing has just bland walls and decor is non existent... but anyhow... not that I looked it up and found land... too... and houses in Nortonville for less than Chris' car.
