why people gotta power trip

I had to get irate with two mo fo's today, but I did get to talk to my bro and "talk" to my neice.

Freakin' customer service peeps being all retarded. First with Jose's camera order and then with GM cust. service.

So now every 24 hours I am sending a letter to the tv stations and newspapers in the area.

What think of do you?:

I am the owner of a 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt, and recently my 17000 miles rolled over. At the time shortly before I had my vehicle serviced at the dealer to address many concerns I was having with drivability in the vehicle. Few of my concerns were addressed and less were fixed. My brakes then locked up three times on the vehicle and I had to pump the brakes to get them to disengage, however, on the third time the brakes would not unlock and my vehicle slid on dry pavement for about 1/4 a city block, and hit a curb. The dealer refused to warranty the brakes which showed obvious signs of inappropriate wear, and forced me to get my insurance company involved to resolve the problem with fixing my now $3000 worth of damage from the incident. The head tech in the shop told me he could not even get me a loaner vehicle, and that none of my words mattered unless they came from the insurance company or a lawyer. After 30 minutes with no word from them, I contacted the Sales manager about a vehicle; he got me one with little trouble. Then later the Service manager calls me to state that ABS isn't for anti-lock braking system, but rather Assisted braking system. Which is a blatant lie on his part. Then when contacting GM customer service they stated that nothing was able to be done without the service manager telling them anything. And that the only way to get a number for the service managers boss was to go back to the same dealer, and talk to the man who had already lied to me and not taken any concern for what could have happened in that instance. I am a 22 year old teacher, and bus driver just to pay my bills, I have about 250 children to teach between Topeka, Lawrence, and St. Joseph. The only vehicle they had as a loaner was a gargantuan Dodge Durango with gets about 1/2 of the mileage of my vehicle, and I have been driving it for over a week now. I cannot afford the length of time it is taking them to do the work on the vehicle. They have already given me numerous instances to state that they have no customer care at all in their organization. I was wondering if you would please put it out there that these cases are going on.
